Returns & Exchanges
We understand that the online return/exchange process can be annoying, so we'll try to make it as easy and transparent as possible.
EXCHANGES
Items in original condition will be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Email N8@shopn8.com the desired item. If the item is more expensive, a code will be issued to cover the cost of the original item and buyer will pay the difference. If the item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
RETURNS
Items in original condition will be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. If the item comes back with deodorant stains, makeup residue, or anything of the sort, the refund will not be issued. A photo of said indiscretion can be emailed upon request. Defective items will also be eligible for return.
SHIPPING
We don't like the idea of shipping costs affecting the price of an item. Therefore, the customer will cover all shipping costs associated with the purchase or return/exchange of an item.
